Hello everyone! Welcome to my yoga class, in this video, we're gonna learn how to meditate
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position. You can sit cross-legged, or on your knees, or even on a cushion if that feels better. Rest your hands gently on your knees, palms facing up or down, and allow your spine to be tall yet relaxed. With each breath, feel yourself grounding into the present moment.
Let go of any tension, any thoughts of the past or future. Simply breathe… in… and out. As you continue to breathe, notice how your body feels—how each inhale fills you with calm, and each exhale releases any stress. Remember, meditation is not about perfection, but simply about being present.
Take a few more deep breaths here… and when you're ready, slowly open your eyes.
