Hello, everyone. I am Daisy. So what is ABC Theory? Let me tell you.

The ABC Theory is a way to understand why we feel and act.

Look! A stands for an event that happens. B is what you think or believe about that event. C is how you feel and act because of your beliefs.

For example, your friend didn't invite you to a party. If you think, "He was too busy and just forgot."Then, you will accept it and talk with him positively. But if you think, “He didn't like me.” Then, you will feel sad and don’t want to be friends with him.

In conclusion, the ABC Theory helps us see that it's not just the event (A) that makes us feel and act a certain way. It's what we think (B) about that event that really matters. So, if we change our beliefs (B), we can change how we feel and act (C).

Thanks. Bye.
